Hi!  Welcome to my latest blog. I say latest because I have several for several different purposes. This one is meant to track my progress and journal my time as a barefoot runner. On the main site I have links and articles devoted to barefoot’ing it. I am a 28yr old female veteran who was diagnosed with multiple disabilities on my way out of the U.S. Navy. Some of those disabilities include Fibromyalgia, Morton’s Neuroma, Plantar Faciitis with Bone Spurs, Bi Polar and Anxiety Disorders. I have struggled with my weight and my health for many years now, and I am tired of being sick and tired. I am devoting this blog to my physical revival and continued health. Let’s get started!

  1. This is a cool concept. When I hiked the Appalachion trail, I started out in boots, then downsised to my chacos (sandal) but in the end, I ended up hiking barefoot much of the way. People told me I was nuts for it. But theres no traction like toe traction. LoL

    • Thank you, lifewith4cats! I have never felt more enthused about my own health, as when I started learning about the concepts behind going barefoot. And by the way, I do adore your blog! It’s a wonderful read.
